Its two-section, 48-inch footprint tucks neatly beneath prep stations, keeping high-volume frozen ingredients within arm’s reach to speed ticket times. Durable stainless steel on the top, sides, and doors stands up to daily knocks while the anodized aluminum interior wipes clean fast between rushes.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration maintains consistent, low temperatures to protect product quality through peak service. Left/right hinged solid doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean gaskets seal tight and open smoothly for quick loads. Four 4-inch casters let you roll the unit for cleaning or reconfigure stations to match changing menus and workflows.
