Keep service lines moving with the Traulsen UPT276-D sandwich/salad prep table. Its compact 27" footprint fits tight kitchens while keeping chilled ingredients at arm’s length. The roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf to protect the rail and keep your station clean between rushes.
Accelerate assembly with a full-length reversible cutting board and a top rail that holds six 1/6 pans, 4" deep, included. Two refrigerated drawers each accept six 1/6 pans up to 6" deep (pans not included), so you can stage backups or specialty mise en place. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maintain consistent performance without getting in your way.
Built for daily demands, the stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior clean fast and resist corrosion. A galvanized back and bottom add durability, and 4" casters make it easy to roll for cleaning or layout changes. Specify this model to boost throughput, reduce steps, and present a cleaner prep line.
