The Traulsen UPT276-R is a compact 27-inch refrigerated prep table built to maximize workspace and cold storage in tight footprints. This single-door unit holds up to six 1/6 size pans (4-inch deep, included) and accepts pans up to 6 inches deep, with a roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf for streamlined assembly. A stainless steel exterior top, sides, and door with a Santoprene EZ-Clean gasket pairs with an anodized aluminum interior and a galvanized steel back and bottom for durable, easy-care construction. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant and maintains 34° to 38°F, managed by an electronic control with a 3-digit LED display. Two adjustable powder-coated steel shelves (1/2-inch increments) and a self-closing hinged door with a 105° stay-open feature support fast, ergonomic access. Four 4-inch casters simplify movement and placement. NSF rated for use with 6-inch deep pans, this prep solution keeps ingredients cold, visible, and ready for service.
