Streamline sandwich and salad production with the Traulsen UPT279-D. Its compact 27-inch footprint fits tight cooklines while keeping fresh ingredients organized and within arm’s reach. The roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf, protecting pans during downtime and adding convenient staging space during peak periods.
Speed up assembly with a top rail that holds nine 1/6 pans (4" deep, included) and two drawers that each hold six 1/6 pans (not included), accommodating pans up to 6" deep. Build, replenish, and rotate product quickly to maintain quality and pace on busy shifts.
A full-length, reversible cutting board creates a dedicated make station that cleans up fast between tasks. Durable stainless steel on the exterior and an anodized aluminum interior stand up to daily use, while rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and 4" casters simplify placement, access, and service.
