The Traulsen UPT3212-D-SB Sandwich/Salad Prep Table streamlines make-lines in compact kitchens. At 32 inches wide, it puts prepped ingredients within easy reach while conserving aisle space. The roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf to stage essentials for faster service and cleaner presentation.
Load the top rail with the included twelve sixth-size, 4-inch pans and work directly on the full-length, reversible cutting board. Two refrigerated drawers each hold eight sixth-size pans, letting you swap proteins and produce without disrupting workflow. Both rail and drawers accept pans up to 6 inches deep to support menu changes and batch prep.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maximize workspace at the front.
