Built for busy prep lines, the Traulsen UPT3212-L-SB Dealer’s Choice compact prep table refrigerator combines cold holding with a dedicated work surface. Its 32-inch, one-section reach-in holds twelve 1/6-size pans at 4-inch depth (included) and can accommodate up to 6-inch pans. A roll-top lid serves as an overshelf to shield contents while keeping items accessible, and the full-length white reversible cutting board creates a convenient assembly station. Construction includes a stainless steel door, top, sides, and back, a galvanized bottom, and an anodized aluminum interior with two shelves. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP system. The unit comes on four 4-inch casters and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
