This 48-inch, two-section reach-in holds twelve 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep, included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep to support high-volume mise en place. The roll-top lid acts as an overshelf, shielding ingredients while keeping garnishes, proteins, and greens organized for rapid assembly.
Built for daily production, the stainless steel exterior (top, sides, and door) pairs with a Santoprene EZ-Clean gasket to simplify wipe-downs between rushes. Inside, an anodized aluminum liner and galvanized exterior back and bottom add durability for demanding kitchens. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maintain steady cold holding so product stays ready through service.
