Built for busy lines, the Traulsen Dealer's Choice UPT4812-LR-SB streamlines cold prep and speeds service. This 48-inch, two-section reach-in positions 12 ingredient pans under a protective roll-top lid that doubles as an overshelf. Assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps on the full-length, white, reversible cutting board.
Keep backups organized on four interior shelves behind two stainless steel doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean gaskets. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor provides dependable cold holding. Use the included 4-inch deep 1/6 pans or switch to pans up to 6 inches deep to match your menu.
Durable stainless steel top, sides, and back stand up to daily rushes, while the galvanized bottom and anodized aluminum interior simplify cleanup. Four 4-inch casters let staff pull the unit for nightly sanitation or quick line reconfiguration. Its compact design helps maximize productivity in tight spaces.
