The 48-inch, two-section design keeps up to eighteen sixth-size pans within reach, while the roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf to shield and stage ingredients. Build subs, wraps, and composed salads on the full-length reversible cutting board, then reload quickly through the two stainless doors. An anodized aluminum interior with four shelves holds backups and bulk containers, keeping the cold zone balanced. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies placement and maintenance.
Engineered for daily rushes, this unit features a stainless top, sides, and back with a rugged galvanized bottom. Santoprene® EZ-Clean gaskets speed wipe-downs, and 4-inch casters let you roll the table for cleaning or layout changes.
