The roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf to shield pans and provide quick-access staging during peak hours.
Boost throughput with a full-length reversible cutting board and a top rail that arrives loaded with twelve 1/6 pans (4" deep). Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maintain consistent temperatures as drawers open and close, while 4" casters make cleaning and repositioning simple.
