This 60-inch, two-section Dealer’s Choice compact prep table organizes ingredients in twelve included 1/6 pans (4" deep) and can accommodate up to 6" deep pans when volume spikes. The roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf, protecting contents and keeping frequently used tools within easy reach.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps cold holding close to the action, while the stainless steel exterior with Santoprene EZ-Clean gaskets supports quick, frequent wipe-downs. Left/right-hinged doors open to a durable anodized aluminum interior with a galvanized exterior back and bottom designed for busy kitchens.
