Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 refrigerant supports reliable performance in busy kitchens.
Set up quickly with the included (12) 1/6-size pans, 4-inch deep, or switch to pans up to 6 inches deep to handle rushes. Assemble orders on the full-length white reversible cutting board to streamline prep and reduce changeover time.
Two stainless steel doors with Santoprene EZ-Clean gaskets help seal in the cold and simplify cleaning. An anodized aluminum interior with four shelves organizes backups, while durable stainless top/sides/back and a galvanized bottom stand up to daily use and frequent repositioning.
