Streamline your make line with the Traulsen UPT6024-DD Dealer’s Choice compact prep table refrigerator. A roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf to stage garnishes or smallwares, while a full-length reversible cutting board keeps a clean, continuous work surface for rapid sandwich and salad assembly.
Load the top rail with the included 24 1/6 pans (4" deep) and keep high-volume ingredients at arm’s reach. Four refrigerated drawers organize backup mise en place—top drawers hold 9 1/6 pans per drawer and bottom drawers hold 6 1/6 pans per drawer (pans not included)—so staff can restock without breaking pace.
Built for demanding kitchens, this two-section, 60" prep table features a stainless steel exterior and rugged interior/exterior finishes that stand up to daily use. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains cold temps, and 4" casters let you reposition the unit for cleaning or line changes.
