Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon supports dependable cold holding as you prep.
Stage up to twenty-four 1/6 pans, 4 inches deep—pans included—in the top rail to streamline greens, proteins, and toppings. Four drawers simplify backup storage: each top drawer fits nine 1/6 pans and each bottom drawer fits six; both the rail and drawers accept pans up to 6 inches deep to match changing menus.
A full-length reversible cutting board delivers a sturdy, sanitary work surface for high-volume assembly.
