Streamline make-line service with the Traulsen UPT6024-LR. This two-section, 60-inch prep table holds twenty-four 1/6 pans (4" deep, included) and accommodates pans up to 6" deep, so chefs can stage more ingredients within arm’s reach. The roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf, protecting contents while keeping your station clean and organized.
Built for daily rushes, the stainless steel exterior and Santoprene® EZ-Clean door gaskets stand up to heavy use and wipe down fast. An anodized aluminum interior and galvanized back/bottom add long-term durability, while rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maintain consistent performance in tight kitchen layouts.
Six 4" casters make it easy to roll the unit for cleaning or quick line reconfiguration. Left/right hinged doors support efficient access, helping operators speed assembly of sandwiches and salads during peak periods.
