This two-section, 72-inch model holds thirty 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep, included) and accommodates up to 6-inch pans, so chefs can keep more toppings and proteins within reach during rushes. The roll-top lid doubles as an overshelf, protecting ingredients while providing a convenient staging surface.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps contents cold and simplifies installation and service access. Six 4-inch casters allow quick cleaning and layout changes between dayparts. A durable stainless steel exterior with Santoprene EZ-Clean gaskets withstands heavy use and wipes down fast to maintain a professional presentation.
An anodized aluminum interior and galvanized back and bottom add long-term durability for busy commercial kitchens. Hinged left/right doors support flexible access for cooks on either side of the line, helping crews work faster and smarter.
