The Traulsen UST276-L-SB Dealer’s Choice compact prep table refrigerator is built to streamline line service in busy kitchens. This 27-inch, one-section reach-in includes a low-profile flat cover and arrives with six 1/6 pans, 4 inches deep, while accommodating pans up to 6 inches to fit changing menus. A full-length white reversible cutting board creates a dependable work surface right at the rail. Durable construction includes a stainless steel top, sides, and back with a galvanized bottom, plus an anodized aluminum interior with two shelves and one stainless steel door. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with 1/5 HP, and four 4-inch casters support easy mobility for cleaning or layout changes. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this Traulsen prep solution helps chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers enhance workflow, organization, and product presentation across prep lines and service stations.
