Purpose-built for compact kitchens, the Traulsen UST276-R is a 27" prep table that keeps ingredients ready and within reach. This one-section unit holds up to six 1/6 size pans (4" deep, included) and accepts pans up to 6" deep, while a low-profile flat top preserves a clear workspace under height constraints. Its stainless steel exterior with a Santoprene EZ-Clean Gasket withstands demanding use, and the anodized aluminum interior with a galvanized steel back and bottom resists corrosion. A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R-290 maintains 34° to 38°F, managed by an electronic control with a 3-digit LED display. The full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board and reinforced pan ledge streamline prep, and the self-closing door with a 105° stay-open feature speeds loading during rushes. Four 4" casters make repositioning and cleaning easy. NSF and ETL certifications support compliance in professional foodservice environments.
