Built for the line, the Traulsen UST279-L-SB Dealer's Choice compact prep table refrigerator combines ingredient access, storage, and a full-length cutting surface in a 27-inch-wide footprint. This one-section reach-in holds nine 1/6 pans at 4-inch depth (included) and can also accommodate up to 6-inch deep pans beneath a low-profile flat cover. A full-length white reversible cutting board supports continuous prep, while the anodized aluminum interior with two shelves adds cold storage behind the stainless steel door. The stainless steel top, sides, and back with a galvanized bottom are designed for daily kitchen use. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP system, and four 4-inch casters make positioning and cleaning straightforward. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this compact solution helps keep ingredients organized and within reach for efficient workflow.
