The Traulsen UST3212-L-SB Dealer's Choice compact prep table refrigerator supports organized cold prep for chefs, operators, and facility managers. This 32-inch, reach-in, one-section unit holds twelve 1/6-size pans at 4-inch depth (included) and can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep, keeping ingredients accessible. A full-length white reversible cutting board provides a dedicated prep surface across the top. Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel top, sides, and back with a galvanized bottom, plus an anodized aluminum interior with two shelves for added storage. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is driven by a 1/5 HP system. A single stainless steel door and four 4-inch casters support straightforward access and mobility in tight spaces. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this compact refrigerator helps streamline workflow and presentation on the line while maintaining reliable cold holding.
