The Traulsen UST3212-R refrigerated sandwich prep table streamlines ingredient organization for high-volume kitchens. This one-section, 32-inch-wide unit combines a low-profile flat cover with a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board to speed assembly. A reinforced pan ledge secures up to twelve included 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans and accommodates pans up to 6 inches deep. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant to hold 34° to 38°F, managed by an electronic control with a 3-digit LED display for precise oversight. Built for durability and easy maintenance, it features a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and door with a Santoprene EZ-Clean gasket, an anodized aluminum interior, and a galvanized steel exterior back and bottom. Workflow-focused details include a self-closing hinged door with a 105° stay-open feature, two adjustable powder-coated steel shelves, and four 4-inch casters for simple repositioning. The UST3212-R delivers consistent temperature control and flexible storage to keep service moving.
