Product Description
Boost line speed and consistency with the Traulsen UST4812-LR-SB. This 48-inch, two-section reach-in prep table pairs a low-profile flat lid with a full-length cutting board, so chefs can build sandwiches and salads fast while ingredients stay protected and at the ready.
Load the rail with 12 included 1/6-size pans (4" deep), or switch to pans up to 6" deep to match changing menus. Two stainless steel doors and four interior shelves stage backup product right below the board, enabling quick refills during peak periods.
Built for daily duty, the stainless steel top, sides, and back resist wear, while the anodized aluminum interior cleans easily. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration streamlines installation, and 4" casters make it simple to roll for sanitation or service.
