Maximize throughput with four refrigerated drawers that accept up to 6-inch-deep pans for bulk storage. Top drawers each hold nine 1/6 pans and bottom drawers each hold six 1/6 pans (drawer pans not included), so you can stage backups and reduce restock trips. A full-length reversible cutting board supports continuous assembly from mise en place to final build.
