With (12) 1/6 pans included (4-inch deep) and the ability to accommodate up to 6-inch deep pans, you can tailor setups for deli, pizza, salad, or sandwich lines.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration maintains performance without crowding your workspace, and six 4-inch casters make it easy to reposition for cleaning or service. A stainless steel exterior with Santoprene EZ-Clean door gaskets wipes down fast, and the anodized aluminum interior with a galvanized back and bottom stands up to daily use.
