Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with eco-friendly R290 supports consistent performance and a clear aisle. Six 4" casters let you roll the unit for cleaning or layout changes. Flexible wells accept pans up to 6" deep, so you can tailor capacity to menu demand.
