Keep high-volume favorites within arm’s reach using four refrigerated drawers: top drawers hold 1/6 pans for quick-grab items, while bottom drawers handle bulk ingredients. Swap from 4-inch to 6-inch pan depths as menus change to maintain tight, efficient workflows.
Built for daily duty, the stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior clean fast and resist wear. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 helps maintain consistent temps, and 4-inch casters let you roll the unit for service or cleaning without disrupting production.
