The True STG1F-1S-HC reach-in freezer delivers dependable -10°F holding for busy commercial kitchens. A solid stainless steel, self-closing door with lock and cam-lift hinges safeguards product and helps maintain temperatures. The durable stainless steel front, aluminum sides, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor will not rust or corrode and resist scratches and dents from daily use. Three adjustable heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves and bright LED interior lights make product organization and visibility simple. A top-mount, self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 and foamed-in-place eco-friendly polyurethane insulation to support consistent performance. Digital temperature control provides precise adjustment and at-a-glance monitoring. Mounted on 5" castors, this one-section, approximately 22 cu. ft. unit integrates seamlessly into back-of-house workflows where reliable freezing capacity is essential.
