The True TDM-DZ-48-GE/GE-B-W is a 48-1/4 inch wide dual zone bakery display case designed to elevate presentation and streamline service. One section holds refrigerated items between 33–41°F, while the other remains at room temperature, letting you merchandise chilled desserts alongside dry pastries in a single footprint. A curved glass front and glass sides maximize product visibility, while LED interior lighting highlights every tier. The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant with a 1/4 HP compressor for efficient performance. Two rear sliding glass doors give staff fast, unobtrusive access for restocking. Three tiered levels with six adjustable white PVC coated wire shelves help operators build attractive, high-capacity displays. Finished with a black powder coated exterior and white powder coated interior, this case integrates cleanly into front-of-house spaces. Powered by 115v/60/1 with a NEMA 5-15P plug drawing 10 amps, it installs easily to keep workflows moving.
