This curved glass refrigerated display case showcases product with a curved glass front and sides, paired with a sleek black exterior and bright white interior. A high-capacity, factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains 33°F to 41°F to keep items at serving temperature. The self-contained, capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Two rear sliding glass doors streamline service from behind the counter, while LED interior lighting illuminates every shelf. Three adjustable shelves provide tiered merchandising to accommodate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. At 48.25" wide and 39" deep, the TDM-R-48-GE/GE-B-W supports effective front-of-house presentation for bakeries, cafés, and foodservice operations.
