The True Mfg. STA1H-2HS is a reach-in heated cabinet designed for professional kitchens that need reliable hot holding and organized access. This one-section unit features two stainless steel half doors with locks and cam-lift hinges for dependable operation throughout service. A digital temperature control simplifies adjustments, while the aluminum interior and three chrome shelves help stage items for rapid retrieval. The stainless steel front and sides present a clean, professional look that fits seamlessly on the line or in prep areas. Five-inch castors make it easy to position for service or cleaning. The STA1H-2HS operates at 1.5 kW, 208–230V/60/1, and connects with a NEMA 6-15P.
