The True Mfg. STA1HRI89-1S SPEC SERIES heated roll-in cabinet supports efficient staging and holding in busy kitchens. This 89-inch, one-section unit accepts a 27"W x 29"D x 72"H cart (not included) and includes a stainless steel ramp for smooth roll-in loading. A locking stainless steel door with cam-lift hinges provides reliable access control and consistent door action during service. Operators can verify conditions quickly with the color-coded temperature display and interior lighting. Built with stainless steel front and sides and an aluminum interior, the cabinet is designed for professional back-of-house environments. The unit runs at 2.0 kW on 115/208–230v/60/1 and is supplied with a NEMA 14-20P. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in the USA, offering a robust, roll-in solution for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on workflow and presentation.
