The True Mfg. STA1HRT89-1S-1S is a SPEC SERIES® heated roll-thru cabinet designed to improve hot holding and streamline pass-through workflows. This one-section, 89-inch-tall unit features a stainless steel door on the front and rear, each with locks and durable cam-lift hinges for secure, reliable operation. A color-coded temperature display and bright interior lighting make it easy for staff to verify conditions quickly. Built with stainless steel front and sides and an aluminum interior, it stands up to rigorous kitchen use. Stainless steel ramps provide smooth roll-thru access, and the cabinet accommodates a 27" W x 29" D x 72" H cart (not included). Powered by a 2.0 kW system and configured for 115/208–230v, 60 Hz, single phase with a NEMA 14-20P, it integrates cleanly into commercial operations. This model is cULus and UL EPH Classified and Made in USA.
