Standing 89 inches tall, this one-section unit features a stainless steel front and sides with a durable aluminum interior. A stainless steel ramp simplifies loading, while the stainless steel door with lock and cam-lift hinges ensures secure, smooth operation. Digital temperature control supports precise holding, and incandescent interior lighting enhances product visibility during pulls and prep. Engineered for common commercial utilities, it operates on 115v/60/1 power, draws 8.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, and is driven by a 1/3 HP system. The cabinet accommodates a 27"W x 29"D x 72"H cart (not included), making it a practical fit for production lines, banquet service, and tray assembly. cULus and UL EPH Classified. Made in USA.
