Two glass doors with locks provide product security and quick visual checks during service. Cam-lift hinges support smooth door operation and consistent alignment, while digital temperature control allows precise set points and monitoring. Six chrome shelves organize trays and pans, and the stainless steel front and sides pair with an aluminum interior for a clean, professional look. Five-inch castors simplify positioning for cleaning and layout changes. The 3000W, 208-230v/60/1 electrical configuration requires hard wiring, fitting permanent installations.
