The True Mfg. SPEC SERIES® STA2HRT-2S-2S is a roll-thru, two-section heated cabinet engineered to keep service moving efficiently between prep and plating areas. Stainless steel front and sides stand up to high-volume use, while an aluminum interior and interior lighting support quick visual checks without disrupting holding conditions. Two stainless steel doors at the front and rear feature locks and cam-lift hinges for secure, smooth operation. Stainless steel ramps simplify cart loading and unloading, and the cabinet accommodates 27"W x 29"D x 66"H carts (not included) to fit common banquet and meal-delivery workflows. A color-coded temperature display provides at-a-glance monitoring, and the 4.0 kW heating system runs on 115/208–230v, 60 Hz, single phase with a NEMA 14-20P plug. Certified cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in the USA, this heated cabinet supports consistent results and dependable performance in demanding commercial kitchens.
