The True Mfg. STG1FPT-1S-1S SPEC SERIES® pass-thru freezer streamlines back-of-house flow between prep and service. This one-section unit pairs a stainless steel front with aluminum sides and an aluminum interior to handle daily traffic and simplify cleaning. A stainless steel door on each side (front and rear) includes locks and cam-lift hinges, supporting secure, reliable access from both aisles. Digital temperature control provides accurate set points and quick monitoring, while bright LED interior lights enhance product visibility for faster pulls. Three gray shelves organize inventory efficiently, and 5" castors make it easy to reposition the cabinet for cleaning or line changes.
