The True Mfg. STG1H-1S SPEC SERIES reach-in heated cabinet streamlines hot holding for busy commercial kitchens. This one-section unit features a stainless steel front with aluminum sides and an aluminum interior for a practical balance of durability and weight. A single stainless steel door with lock and cam-lift hinges provides secure, smooth access, while digital temperature control supports consistent, repeatable settings for service lines and prep areas. Three chrome shelves organize a variety of pans and trays, and 5" castors make it easy to reposition for cleaning or layout changes. The STG1H-1S connects via a NEMA 6-15P and operates at 1.5kW, 208-230v/60/1, fitting common kitchen electrical setups.
