The True Mfg. STG1HRI-1S is a SPEC SERIES® heated roll-in cabinet designed to streamline staging and holding in busy commercial kitchens. Its roll-in format accommodates a 27 in. W x 29 in. D x 66 in. H cart (not included), allowing chefs and operators to move product from cookline to service with fewer transfers. A stainless steel ramp simplifies loading, while interior lighting enhances visibility during setup and checks. The stainless steel front pairs with aluminum sides and an aluminum interior for a durable, easy-to-clean build. A lockable stainless steel door with cam-lift hinges provides secure closure and smooth, reliable operation. The color-coded temperature display enables quick, at-a-glance monitoring to support consistent results across shifts. Powered by a 2.0 kW heating system with 115/208-230v/60/1-ph electrical and a NEMA 14-20P, this one-section roll-in cabinet is cULus and UL EPH Classified and Made in the USA—ideal for foodservice buyers and facility managers focused on efficient, high-volume workflow.
