Streamline hot holding and pass-through service with the True Mfg. STG1HRT-1S-1S, a SPEC SERIES heated roll-thru, one-section cabinet built for busy commercial kitchens. Front and rear stainless steel doors with locks and cam-lift hinges enable secure, efficient access from both sides, while stainless steel ramps simplify cart transfers to keep workflow moving. A color-coded temperature display and interior lighting support quick visual checks without opening doors longer than necessary. The stainless steel front, aluminum sides, and aluminum interior deliver durability and easy cleaning in high-use environments. This cabinet accommodates a 27"W x 29"D x 66"H cart (not included) and operates at 2.0 kW, 115/208-230v/60/1 with a NEMA 14-20P plug. cULus and UL EPH Classified, and Made in USA, it helps chefs, operators, and facility managers maintain product quality and presentation from prep to service.
