The True Mfg. STG1HRT89-1S-1S SPEC SERIES heated roll-thru cabinet helps streamline kitchen workflow from prep to service. Standing 89 inches high in a one-section footprint, it accommodates a 27 inch W x 29 inch D x 72 inch H cart (not included) and includes stainless steel ramps for smooth roll-in and roll-out. Front and rear stainless steel doors feature locks and cam-lift hinges to support secure, frequent access on busy lines. A stainless steel front with aluminum sides and an aluminum interior balance durability and cleanability, while interior lighting and a color-coded temperature display aid quick monitoring. Powered by a 2.0 kW, 115/208–230v, 60 Hz, single-phase connection with a NEMA 14-20P plug, this unit is easy to integrate into commercial kitchens.
