The True Mfg. STG2H-2G is a SPEC SERIES® reach-in heated cabinet tailored for operations that prioritize visibility, organization, and straightforward control. This two-section unit includes two glass doors with locks and cam-lift hinges, plus a digital temperature control for simple operation. Six chrome shelves support organized storage, and the cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel front, aluminum sides, and an aluminum interior. The unit rides on 5" castors. A 3.0 kW heating system operates on 208-230v/60/1-ph and requires hard wiring. This model is cULus and UL EPH Classified and is Made in USA, aligning with the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers seeking a dependable, specification-driven solution.
