The True Mfg. STG2H-2S is a SPEC SERIES® reach-in heated cabinet built for professional foodservice operations. This two-section model pairs a stainless steel front with aluminum sides and an aluminum interior. It includes six chrome shelves and two stainless steel doors with locks and cam-lift hinges for secure, smooth access. Digital temperature control provides straightforward management of cabinet conditions, and 5-inch castors support easy positioning for service and cleaning. The unit is rated at 3000W and operates on 208-230/60/1 (requires hard wiring). It carries cULus listing and UL EPH Classified sanitation marks and is made in the USA.
