The True Mfg. STG2H-4HG is a SPEC SERIES reach-in heated cabinet designed to keep food at serving temperatures while streamlining back-of-house workflow. Its two-section layout with four glass half doors helps teams monitor product without opening the cabinet, and integrated locks support secure holding. Cam-lift hinges promote smooth, reliable door operation during busy service. A digital temperature control enables precise adjustments, while six chrome shelves organize pans and trays for efficient access. Built for demanding environments, the unit features a stainless steel front with aluminum sides and an aluminum interior, and it maneuvers easily on 5" castors. With a 3000W, 208-230/60/1 electrical configuration that requires hard wiring, this cabinet is engineered for professional kitchens. The STG2H-4HG is cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in the USA.
