The True Mfg. STG2H-4HS from the SPEC SERIES® is a two-section, reach-in heated cabinet built for dependable holding performance. It features four stainless steel half doors with locks and cam-lift hinges, plus digital temperature control to maintain setpoints with consistency. The interior is aluminum with six chrome shelves to organize trays and pans, while the stainless steel front and aluminum sides provide a robust exterior. Mounted on 5-inch castors, this cabinet is easy to position for service or cleaning access. With a 3000W, 208-230/60/1 electrical configuration that requires hard wiring, the STG2H-4HS aligns with commercial power needs.
