The SPEC SERIES STG2HRI-2S is a two-section, roll-in heated cabinet designed to streamline holding and cart flow in professional kitchens. A stainless steel front and ramp combine with aluminum sides and an aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning. Staff can roll 27"W x 29"D x 66"H carts (not included) directly inside to speed staging and reduce handling. Two stainless steel doors with locks and cam-lift hinges provide secure, reliable closure to safeguard product during prep and service. A color-coded temperature display offers quick visual checks, while interior lighting helps teams verify contents without slowing the line. This hard-wired unit delivers 4000W at 115/208-240V, 60 Hz, single phase. cULus and UL EPH Classified, and made in the USA, it supports efficient workflows, consistent holding, and clean presentation across demanding operations.
