Streamline hot holding and plating with the True STG2HRT-2S-2S heated roll-thru cabinet. This two-section design lets teams move 27" W x 29" D x 66" H carts straight through from prep to service, improving flow in busy kitchens. Front and rear stainless steel doors with locks and cam-lift hinges support secure access and smooth, frequent use. A color-coded temperature display and interior lighting help staff verify holding conditions at a glance. Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel front, aluminum sides, an aluminum interior, and stainless steel ramps. The 4.0 kW heating system operates on 115/208-230V, single phase, via a NEMA 14-20P. Certified cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in the USA.
