The two-section, roll-thru layout lets you move 27"W x 29"D x 66"H carts straight through from prep to service using integrated stainless steel ramps. Stainless steel doors on both the front and rear include locks and cam-lift hinges for secure, consistent closure. A stainless steel front and aluminum sides pair with an aluminum interior for durable, easy-care surfaces. Digital temperature control supports precise holding, and incandescent interior lighting enhances visibility. Powered by a 1/2 HP system operating on 115v/60/1 at 9.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, installation is straightforward. cULus and UL EPH Classified, and made in the USA, this unit helps chefs, operators, and facility managers enhance efficiency and keep workflow moving.
