Its 89" H, two-section cabinet features stainless steel doors on the front and rear with locks and cam-lift hinges, allowing secure, smooth access from both sides. Stainless steel ramps enable effortless roll-thru of 27"W x 29"D x 72"H carts (not included), so you can load on one side and retrieve on the other to keep production moving. A digital temperature control provides precise, easy-to-read settings for consistent product quality. Built with a stainless steel front, aluminum sides, and an aluminum interior, this unit balances durability and cleanability in high-traffic environments. Powered by a 1/2 HP system on 115v/60/1 with a NEMA 5-15P plug drawing 9.5 amps, it installs easily and fits standard electrical service. cUL and UL EPH Classified. Made in USA.
