Maintain -10°F with digital temperature control while three stainless steel locking doors on cam-lift hinges provide dependable access in fast-paced service. Inside, bright LED lighting and nine gray shelves keep inventory visible and organized. A stainless steel front paired with aluminum sides and an aluminum interior delivers durable, easy-to-clean surfaces that support daily workflow. The self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for consistent performance. Five-inch castors simplify movement for cleaning or layout changes. Designed for professional kitchens, this three-section model operates on 115v/60/1-ph at 13.8 amps and connects with a 9 ft. cord and NEMA 5-20P. cULus and UL EPH Classified, and Made in USA.
