The True Mfg. STR1H-2HG is a SPEC SERIES® reach-in heated cabinet engineered for efficient holding and service. Its one-section layout features a stainless steel front and sides paired with a stainless steel interior for durable, easy-to-clean performance. Two glass half doors with locks provide secure visibility, while cam-lift hinges promote smooth, consistent door operation. A digital temperature control supports precise setpoint management to help maintain product quality during prep, staging, and service. Mobility and placement are simplified with 5" castors, and the unit includes one interior kit for fast, organized setup. Electrical specifications include 1500W power, a NEMA 6-15P plug, and 208-230v/60/1 connection. Certified cULus and UL EPH Classified and Made in USA, the STR1H-2HG aligns with the operational and compliance needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
